Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
faulty tv unreliable wifi
The television in the room did not function correctly. The wifi was also unreliable and very slow (i had hoped to stream a movie). These issues made it difficult to relax and enjoy my evening in the room, especially after a long day of travel.

the staff was friendly. free parking was available. breakfast was good. i also liked the easy location near the m62. it was not far from the center.
the corridor had children running around all hours. it made it hard to sleep during the night.

helpful staff printed maps plentiful breakfast
I loved the staff. They were so helpful when I needed directions! Two women, one with short pink hair and another blonde, were kind. They even printed maps to guide my way home. It was such a relief! The inclusive breakfast was varied and plentiful. The bacon was AMAZING!!!
The noise from the corridor was quite noticeable. Doors banging and kids running were loud all night.

The breakfast had hot, fresh bacon and sausage. Scrambled eggs, beans, tomatoes, and hash browns were also available. Yogurt, fruit, croissants, toast, cereals, jams, marmalade, and juices completed the good options.

The hotel is in a great location. Parking is free and convenient. Frequent buses run into the city centre, which takes only twenty minutes. It's such easy.

The room included nice toiletries. It also had adequate cleaning supplies. Breakfast had many options available. Staff members helped me with directions to local attractions.
The queen bed felt a little too firm for my tastes, but I was so tired this wasn't a big problem.

breakfast options helpful staff large car park loud ventilator cold room heating denial
i stayed one night in a standard double room hot. the breakfast included many options and was very good. the staff at the reception desk was helpful with directions. the car park was large.
the ventilator in the bathroom runned all night and i could not turned it off. the sound were loud. the room get cold and i asked for additional heating but they refused.
